Wealth Managers provide expert guidance and innovation solutions for the planning needs of firm clients.  They should strive to understand client’s needs and goals in order to develop comprehensive solutions to help them reach financial success.

Some job responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Access client needs and recommend customized solutions to address those needs
  • Analyze portfolios, assist in the construction of financial plans and track next steps in the planning process for clients
  • Prepare and approve financial recommendations based on client’s risk tolerance, financial goals and time horizon
  • Conduct client reviews annually and semi-annually
  • Meeting preparation including building and following an agenda, account review and performance
  • Keeping an organized account of client needs and objectives
  • Document CRM system with all client communication
  • Develop a business plan to exceed performance goals
  • Help build and foster a client referral system
